Online Antique & Collectible Appraisal/Valuation

If you want to get an online appraisal/valuation done by a USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) certified GPPA (Graduated Personal Property Appraiser) for your Personal/Antique Items then you are on the right page.

Antique-Hq.com offers online appraisals, on-site appraisals and auction consulting. Below is a list and description of the appraisal services Antique-Hq offers. Please see the instruction at the bottom of the page to submit an appraisal request.

1) Online Valuation:

This service is an online valuation for antique(s), collectible(s) and other personal property item(s). With this service you will receive an email with the value and brief history of your item(s). This does not include a written report of your item(s). This appraisal is for personal knowledge only and can not be used as a written appraisal.

Online Valuation prices:

Please select the number of items you would like appraised and click the add to cart button.

Price: $10.00 for the first item then $5.00 for the second item , and $2.50 for each additional item to be appraised.

Price Example: For a 3 item valuation it would be $10.00 (1st item) + $5.00 (2nd item) + $2.50 (3rd item) = $17.50

2) Online Written Appraisal:

This service is a full online written appraisal for antique(s), collectible(s) and other personal property item(s). This includes a written report that is USPAP compliant and can be used for insurance, court, divorce, and in other instances that require an appraisal. You can view a sample written appraisal from here.

Online Written Appraisal prices:

Please select the number of items you would like appraised and click the add to cart button.

Price: $15.00 for the first item then $10.00 for the send item, and $5.00 for each additional item to be appraised.

Price Example: For a 3 item written appraisal it would be $15.00 (1st item) + $10.00 (2nd item) + $5.00 (3rd item) = $30.00

3) On-Site Appraisal

This service is and on-site appraisal. This is a traditional appraisal where I come go to the location of the item(s) and do a full appraisal. This includes a full written report with value(s) and information on your items. This appraisal can be used in any instances in which an appraisal is needed. I recommend using this service if you  have a large collection that needs to be appraised.

  • On-site Appraisal prices vary depending on many factors.
  • Including but not limited to:
  • Travel time and expenses.
  • Time needed for the appraisal.
  • The size of the collection.
  • If any specialist help is needed.
  • Conditions of the items and working area.

4) Auction consultation.

Listed below are auction consultation services I offer.

Buying Agent:

As a buying agent I offer the following services.

  • Full condition report on item(s).
  • Bidding
  • Shipping and packing arrangements of the items post auction
  • Payment arrangements
  • Constance contact during the auction
  • Pre auction estimates and research
  • Advice on value and price evaluation

What you need to do to submit an appraisal/valuation

Please Follow these 4 easy steps to get an Online Appraisal/valuation done on your item(s):

  1. Take a photo of your item(s) that you want to know the value of.
  2. Write as much information as you know about the item.
  3. Send an email to appraisal@antique-hq.com with the photo and the information.
  4. Pay the proper amount when you checkout and you are done.
