Q. How do I use the Online Appraisal service?
A. Visit the Online Appraisal page of Antique-HQ and submit a request to receive an online appraisal of your item(s).
Q. What is required to submit a request for Online Appraisal?
A. To receive an Online Appraisal you will have to provide any useful information that you know about the item(s) as well as photograph(s) of the item(s).

Q. Who will do my Online Appraisal?
A. Online Appraisal is done by USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) certified GPPA (Graduated Personal Property Appraiser).

Q. How long does an appraisal take?
A. In most cases the Appraisal is completed within 48 hours. Sometimes a specialist in a specific field may need to be consulted for rare items and it may take a little longer. Please keep in mind that the completion of an appraisal depends on a few factors like how clear the description of your item is, how rare your item is, how clear your photographs are etc.
Q. What if we need more information to complete the Appraisal?
A. Chances are that some communication may need to occur to clear up any details in the original description.
Q. How do I pay for the appraisal?
A. You will be paying for the appraisal using the form on the Online Appraisal page. Transactions are processed by PayPal, so your credit card information is safe and never stored.
